97% of Stafforce clients from our survey would happily recommend!

Stafforce has been in business for 35 years now and some of our clients have been working with us for over 20 of those years, so we’re obviously doing something right! However we still like to survey our clients from time to time to understand how satisfied they are in our mission to continually improve our service to them and that is exactly what we’ve just done.

Client surveys take a long time to deliver and this has been no exception to the rule; a lot of time and energy has been invested into delivering surveys to clients of different Stafforce brands. We have run surveys for

Stafforce Recruitment, Relay Recruitment, TEK Recruitment, Nicholas Associates and Action 4 Business. It has certainly been worthwhile though and we would just like to say a big thank you to all clients who took part because your opinion really does count and your feedback enables us to check whether we are hitting the mark! Congratulations also to our prize draw winner at BHJ UK Seafood, who selected to a prize of £100 High Street Vouchers.

Most people want to be heard and client surveys are an ideal opportunity to have a say and voice your opinion. We want to know how you rate us on lots of different fronts and the value you place on our service. Equally, if things have gone wrong, people are dissatisfied or ‘niggles’ are emerging that might snowball, it is in our interest to know because then we can seek to put things right and hope to retain our valued customers. We don’t want any clients to vote with their feet and disappear!

It seems that on the whole clients are happy and very positive about their Stafforce experience. Of the clients surveyed,

- 96% think we’re easy to do business with
- 95% think we go all out to support and help their business to succeed
- 93% think we offer valuable expertise and advice
- 95% think we do what we say to agreed timescales

Probably the most impressive statistic is that 97% of our clients said that they would happily recommend us.

The surveys also provided us with a good opportunity to gauge just how much people understand about our new proposition. We’ve witnessed many changes at Stafforce over the last couple of years, with a number of acquisitions which have expanded our portfolio of services. Today we offer a range of recruitment and business improvement services, guaranteeing to deliver measurable results. What the survey results clearly demonstrates is that we need to do some work on raising awareness to show people the breadth of what we can now do, so watch this space!
